Return Policy: All products advertised or labeled "satisfaction guaranteed" may be returned within 60 days of date of original order for refund of cost of product. Empty containers for guaranteed products must be returned with a note stating the reason for the refund. Dietary supplements, creams or shampoos may not be returned unless unopened. A 25% restocking fee may occur. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. No refunds issued after 60 days of purchase.

Original CMO guarantee refunds are limited to 1 (one) FM-P CMO Special Package or 2 (two) bottles of Original CMO maximum per household. Original CMO guarantee refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase and will show up on your next credit card statement. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. People who receive a refund are not eligible to purchase additional bottles of CMO or CMO Kits. All refunds must be requested within 60 days from the date of purchase.

The money back cmo guarantee applies only to the Original CMO Packages, Original CMO Kits, or individual bottles of Original CMO purchased at retail . Original CMO purchased at Club Member prices or wholesale prices is not refundable.
