Open your mouth and disolve one to three tablets under your tongue 2 to 4 times daily, as needed. Do not eat, brush your teeth or gargle within 30 minutes of administering dosage.

- Follow the dietary restrictions below
- Take 3 capsules twice a day (total of 6 capsules daily) on a completely empty stomach (nothing to eat or drink for at least 3 hours prior to taking Original CMO).
- Take with a large glass of water
Diet recommendations while taking Original CMO with digestive enzymes.
- Drink at least 8 large glasses of water per day-THIS IS IMPORTANT
- Eat lean meats and poultry
- Fruits and vegetables - all
- Fish, especially sardines, salmon, blue fish, yellow fin tuna, mackerel (all are high in omega 3 fats)
- Nuts- preferably unsalted
Diet restrictions while taking Original CMO and for two weeks after finishing all of the capsules. These substances suppress the immune system and reduce the effectiveness of Original CMO, which acts as an immune system modulator. You may return to your usual eating pattern after this time period.
- Caffeine and/or coffee (even decaf)-also Mountain Dew, Excedrin, tea, and chocolate)
- Alcohol
- Laxatives (may cause you to eliminate the CMO prior to absorption)
- Avoid or reduce dietary fats, sugars, and white flour
